Kullanım Koşulları

Corn Punch web sitesi, tarayıcı oyunu ve iOS uygulaması PANGAEA BILISIM TICARET LIMITED SIRKETI (“Pangaea”) tarafından sunulur. Oyunu kişisel eğlence amacıyla kullanabilirsin. Bu koşullar hizmetin kullanımını düzenler; kanunen sahip olduğun tüketici ve kişisel veri haklarını sınırlandırmaz.

The Corn Punch website, browser game, and iOS app are provided by PANGAEA BILISIM TICARET LIMITED SIRKETI (“Pangaea”). You may use the game for personal entertainment. These terms govern use of the service without limiting your mandatory consumer or data protection rights.

Kullanıcı adını ve şifreni korumak senin sorumluluğundadır. Başkasının hesabını izinsiz kullanamazsın. Misafir ilerlemesi cihazındaki oturuma bağlıdır; çıkış yapmak veya cihaz verilerini temizlemek erişimini kaybetmene neden olabilir. Hesap oluşturarak misafir ilerlemeni koruyabilirsin. Reşit değilsen gerektiğinde yasal temsilcinin izniyle oyna.

Keep your username and password secure and do not access another person’s account without permission. Guest progress depends on the session stored on your device; signing out or clearing device data can cause you to lose access. Register to preserve your guest progress. If you are a minor, obtain permission from your legal guardian where required.

Cheating, unauthorized automation, score manipulation, disrupting the service, and usernames that violate others’ rights are prohibited. Violations may result in access or score restrictions; contact support if you believe an action was mistaken. Rival matches may include server-controlled opponents identified as AI in the game.

Oyun, isteğe bağlı gerçek parayla satın alımlar (kozmetik paketler ve sezon bileti) ve isteğe bağlı ödüllü reklamlar içerebilir; abonelik yoktur. Satın alımlar App Store üzerinden Apple’ın koşullarıyla yapılır ve fiyat satın alma anında mağazada gösterilir. Satın alınan içerik yalnızca görünümdür; güç, maç hakkı veya XP avantajı sağlamaz. İade talepleri Apple üzerinden yapılır. İade sonrasında ilgili ürünün gelecekteki ödül yolu kapanır; teslim edilmiş coinler ve paket kozmetikleri kalır, sezon biletinin teslim ettiği kozmetiklerden o an kullanılmayanlar geri alınır.

The game may offer optional real-money purchases (cosmetic bundles and a season ticket) and optional rewarded ads; there are no subscriptions. Purchases are made through the App Store under Apple’s terms, with the price shown in the store at the time of purchase. Purchased content is cosmetic only and grants no power, match access or XP advantage. Refund requests go through Apple. After a refund the product’s future reward path closes; coins already delivered and bundle cosmetics remain, while season-ticket cosmetics not in use at that time are taken back. Repeated refunds may close new purchases on the account. Coins are an in-game unit with no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money. Accessories and game balance may change. Rights to the Corn Punch brand, artwork, audio, and software belong to Pangaea or their respective owners. Third-party components retain their own licenses.

Online play requires internet and server access. Maintenance or technical issues may interrupt access and end ongoing matches. Updated terms will be published here when features or terms change. You can stop playing and delete your account. Liabilities and rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
