Hesap kimliği, kullanıcı adı, şifre özeti, oturum ve oyun ilerlemesi; oyun hizmetinin kurulması ve yürütülmesi için sözleşmenin ifası kapsamında işlenir. Bağlantı ve güvenlik bilgileri hizmet güvenliğinin sağlanmasına yönelik meşru menfaat kapsamında; destek yazışmaları talebin yanıtlanması ve gerektiğinde bir hakkın tesisi veya korunması için işlenir. İsteğe bağlı doğrulanmış e-posta ve kurtarma kodu özeti hesap güvenliği için; günlük giriş, öğretim ve reklam/satın alma akışı olayları oyun deneyimini ölçmek için kullanılır. İstemci olayları ve günlük girişler 90 gün sonra veya hesap silindiğinde temizlenir. Kanuni yükümlülüklerin gerektirdiği işlemler ilgili hukuki yükümlülüğe dayanır.

Account IDs, usernames, password hashes, sessions, and game progress are processed to establish and perform the game service. Connection and security information supports the legitimate interest in service security. Support correspondence is processed to handle requests and, where necessary, establish or protect legal rights. Optional verified email and recovery-code hashes support account security. Daily visits, tutorial events and ad/purchase flow events help measure the game experience. Client events and daily visits are removed after 90 days or on account deletion. Processing required by law relies on the relevant legal obligation.

Veriler web sitesi, oyun istemcisi, sunucu bağlantıları ve e-posta yazışmaları üzerinden elektronik olarak toplanır. Oyuncu adın ve sıralama bilgilerinin diğer oyunculara gösterilmesi oyunun parçasıdır. Hizmeti sunmak için gerekli veriler barındırma, ağ güvenliği ve destek sağlayıcılarına; kanunen gerektiğinde yetkili mercilere aktarılabilir. Kullanılan altyapıya bağlı yurt dışı aktarımları Kanun’un 9. maddesindeki uygulanabilir şartlara tabidir.

Data is collected electronically through the website, game client, server connections, and email. Displaying player names and rankings to others is part of the game. Necessary data may be disclosed to hosting, network-security, and support providers and to authorities when required by law. International transfers associated with the infrastructure are subject to the applicable conditions of Article 9.

Kanun’un 11. maddesi kapsamında verilerinin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenebilir, bilgi isteyebilir, kullanım amacını ve alıcılarını öğrenebilir, düzeltme veya şartları oluştuğunda silme talep edebilirsin. Bu işlemlerin alıcılara bildirilmesini isteyebilir, yalnızca otomatik analizle aleyhine çıkan sonuçlara itiraz edebilir ve hukuka aykırı işleme nedeniyle zararının giderilmesini talep edebilirsin.

Under Article 11, you may ask whether your data is processed, request information about purposes and recipients, and seek correction or deletion where the conditions apply. You may request notification of these actions to recipients, object to adverse outcomes from solely automated analysis, and seek compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

Talebin ve hesabınla ilişki kurmaya yetecek bilgileri belirt; şifreni paylaşma. Başvurular kanuni süre olan en geç 30 gün içinde sonuçlandırılır.
